Kit Kwan holds an LL.B from University of Tasmania. Kit Kwan obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2009 and commences her pupillage at Messrs Michael Chai & Co.
She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of High Court of Malaya in September 2010.
Kit Kwan specialises in the area of real estate, banking and finance. She worked with Christopher & Lee Ong (formerly known as Lee Ong & Kandiah) between 2010 and 2015.
During her legal practice over the years in Christopher & Lee Ong, she take charge in handling sales and purchases on behalf of individuals and corporations for both residential and commercial properties, preparing the retail and commercial documentation for both Islamic and Conventional loans for a number of banks including Public Bank Berhad, Public Islamic Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, HSBC Bank (M) Berhad, United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd, RHB Bank Berhad, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad and OCBC Bank Malaysia Berhad.
