Felicity Ling Su Teing
Felicity holds an LL.B from University of Tasmania. After completing her legal practical training course in Sydney, she was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009. Felicity obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2010 and commences her pupillage at Messrs Teh & Lee. She was admitted to the Malaysia Bar in October 2011.
Felicity has five (5) years of experience involved in real property transactions including negotiating and documenting acquisition of real property, leases, tenancies and joint ventures.
For corporate matter, Felicity is experienced in corporate exercise of listed companies in Malaysia such as acquisition, disposal, share issuance schemes, initial public offering and conducting legal due diligence review to ensure compliance with disclosure requirements under relevant guideline, listing requirements and regulations of capital market.
Felicity is specialist in the Will and Estate Planning. Felicity has completed AEPP in November 2010. The AEPP® Designation is jointly awarded by the Society of Will Writers & Estate Planning Practitioners (SWWEPP), United Kingdom in collaboration with Estate Planning Practitioners Limited (EPPL), the accreditation body for Asia. She is also experience in advising client on the Australian Immigration Law.
Yim Kit Kwan
Kit Kwan holds an LL.B from University of Tasmania. Kit Kwan obtained her
Certificate of Legal Practice in 2009 and commences her pupillage at Messrs Michael
Chai & Co. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of High Court of Malaya in
September 2010.
Kit Kwan specialises in the area of real estate, banking and finance.
She worked with Christopher & Lee Ong (formerly known as Lee Ong & Kandiah)
between 2010 and 2015.
During her legal practice over the years in Christopher & Lee
Ong, she take charge in handling sales and purchases on behalf of individuals and
corporations for both residential and commercial properties, preparing the retail and
commercial documentation for both Islamic and Conventional loans for a number of
banks including Public Bank Berhad, Public Islamic Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank
Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad,
HSBC Bank (M) Berhad, United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd, RHB Bank Berhad, Alliance
Bank Malaysia Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad and OCBC Bank

The breadth of her conveyancing experience allows her to advise

Boey Jie Ting
Jie Ting holds an LL.B from Queen’s University Belfast (QUB), United Kingdom.
Jie Ting obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2018 and commences her pupillage at Messrs Andersen & Partners. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of High Court of Malaya in October 2019.
